At Dijkma Electronics, we are committed to conducting business with integrity, fairness, and respect for people and the environment. This Supplier Code of Conduct sets out the minimum standards we expect from our suppliers, subcontractors, and business partners.

1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

Suppliers must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including those relating to labor, health & safety, environment, data protection, and trade.

2. Labor and Human Rights

• No forced, bonded, or child labor.

• No discrimination based on race, religion, gender, age, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or political affiliation.

• Employees must be free to join or not join trade unions and to engage in collective bargaining in accordance with applicable law.

• Working hours, wages, and benefits must meet at least the minimum legal standards.

3. Health and Safety

Suppliers must provide a safe and healthy workplace for all employees, in line with applicable occupational health and safety laws. Hazards should be identified, controlled, and reduced through preventive measures.

4. Environmental Responsibility

Suppliers are expected to minimize their environmental impact, including:

• Efficient use of resources and energy.

• Minimization of waste and emissions.

• Compliance with environmental laws and regulations.

5. Business Integrity

• Zero tolerance for bribery, corruption, extortion, or embezzlement.

• All forms of fraud are prohibited.

• Conflicts of interest must be disclosed.

• Gifts, hospitality, or entertainment must remain reasonable, transparent, and in line with normal business practice.

6. Data Protection and Confidentiality

Suppliers must handle confidential information responsibly and comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws (including GDPR where applicable).

7. Monitoring and Compliance

Dijkma Electronics reserves the right to assess suppliers’ compliance with this Code of Conduct. Failure to meet these standards may lead to corrective action or termination of the business relationship.
